Nathan in two words: ALL SMILE! And it is a contagious smile, even if you couldn’t see them all under our masks. A beautiful in person and virtual gathering, with an international Zoom Aliyah during the Torah reading! A pool party to top off the celebration of a very special boy and family. Thank you for your trust in documenting your simcha.
Dearest Fischbach family, it was an honor to be part of your simcha, and to capture this moment in time from behind the lens: This moment, filled with so much emotion, meaning, significance and lessons. Eli, you led with such elegance, with heart and soul, with gratitude and with such reverence.... it moved everyone present, physically and virtually, to tears. Thank you for reminding us all, the meaning of family, tradition and tzedaka.

“We held you in our arms, wondering how we would fulfill the promise, not realizing then that part of the answer was already within you....” Vanessa said as she looked into Ari’s eyes.
We make promises, we pray, we wish, we dream, we plan.... but Hashem has a special journey for each of us. We connect the dots only after he has drawn them out in our lives.... and then we say... Amen!
Mazal tov Ari for a beautiful and meaningful ceremony! You made your parents beam with pride.

This was not how they had planned on celebrating this day, but it did not stop them from making this celebration unforgettable despite the obstacles! Virtual connection united family and friends from near and far, even making it feel as though there was a little piece of Jerusalem with us. Joseph’s bar mitzvah celebration continued with a special car parade and surprise gifts for all. Mazel tov to the entire Falic-Levi family for this beautiful milestone, and for reminding us all not to leave simchas for later!

In this great pause that we are all experiencing, many things have had to either be postponed or cancelled. But for this special family, nothing was going to stand in the way of this celebration. Alexander’s calm and ease in which he conducted the ceremony was a direct reflection of his dedication and preparation for this day. It was an intimate gathering in person, but virually, hundreds joined with the use of Zoom and Facebook live. Homemade details represented the work of all the Schpilies. Elbow taps replaced hugs, empty spaces between everyone marked the importance of social distancing, masks covered smiles.... but nothing detracted from the simcha, pride and nachas of that day. On the contrary, there was something immensely symbolic and meaningful about the choice to celebrate despite the circumstances, gather despite the forced distance, rejoice even if together by a different definition. Mazal tov to Alexander and the Schpilberg Family for reminding us all about the true essence and meaning of this milestone.
Nothing brings us more joy than to be able to continue filming families we have had other events with.... such is the wonderful case with the amazing Wengrowsky Family! Mazal tov Daniel for a heartfelt ceremony and an amazing celebration.

Sometimes a unique venue is the perfect match for the uniqueness of its client’s event. The vibrant kippah colors and the rustic historical @bonnethouse both contrasted and complemented each other. This special bar-mitzvah had a meaningful ceremony followed by a celebration filled with warmth and love. Mazal tov Jonah for such a milestone and to the entire Minski family for a gorgeous event.

The original meaning of חג was a sacrifice, later the definition became: a day meant for eating, drinking and celebrating.
Either definition is fit for this day, because of your sacrifices in preparing for it and all the celebration you deserved.
More significantly, written in Spanish, your names spell out JAG, in other words, the two of you literally represent what this day was all about, sacrificing towards a goal in order to reach it and celebrate!
Mazal tov to Jaime and Alan on an incredible milestone, and also for doing it in such unison and comradery.
And to the Gampel family, thank you for trusting @igalmr films to capture such a special occasion.

It was a real treat to be able to film Benji’s bar mitzvah. Having known him as the life of the party at many of his friends’ bar mitzvahs, this young man knows how to celebrate a moment and celebrate his friends! But on this day Benji wowed everyone, his voice as he sang from the Torah gave everyone chills as the sound echoed through the synagogue and blanketed his family and friends. As he opened his arms and thanked everyone present upon completion of the ceremony, it was as if it was his cue to say, “now let’s go celebrate!” And so they did! And what a celebration it was!
Mazal tov Benji and the Leibovich Family for a beautiful event, a momentous occasion and a meaningful ceremony.

Baseball requires dedication, hard work, perseverance, precision and passion. Ian used all these skills he learned through baseball and applied them to preparing for his bar mitzvah. Those that were able to share in this young man’s special day, took with them the emotion and “kavana” that he brought to the bima. The celebration continued and the details of the decoration were unforgettable: fit for the all star of the day, and created by Sandra herself. A special Mazal Tov to Ian and his family, you guys hit it out of the ballpark!
One more unforgettable event shared with the Gruener Family!
Some smiles speak louder than words.....
This bar mitzvah felt like it was the center point for family from all over the world to unite in celebration.... and oh how they did! Alan, you were incredible in delivering your ceremony but hit it out of the park with your speech.... beyond words! It was amazing to see the energy in the room and the sea of smiles on the dancefloor. Mazal tov!!!
